Local Delivery
We deliver everywhere in York region of Ontario. Orders above $100 will receive FREE DELIVERY. Orders under $100 have a $15 delivery fee.
Our delivery window is between 10AM and 9PM. We contact you and let you know about the time of delivery and ask you to be present to receive your order. To guarantee that the products will arrive in the best condition, they are transported in refrigerator and in safe temperature.
Walnut Olive Dip is freshly made on the date of delivery and it must be kept in refrigerator. Our drivers will not leave perishable items unattended, so please plan to have your order collected directly from the driver. If the driver cannot contact you and complete the delivery, the order will be returned. Orders that cannot be delivered will not be refunded. If the customer requests that the driver leave the order at the door unattended, Rasht Delectables is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur once the order has been dropped. If the address provided by the customer on an order is incorrect and requires rerouting, the customer will be subject to additional delivery fees.
Canada and USA Shipping
Rasht Delectables ships all its products except Walnut Olive Dip throughout Canada and USA using a third-party shipping service provider. Walnut Olive Dip has no preservative and should be kept in refrigerator thus shipping is not applicable to this product.
Rasht Delectables is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. Rasht Delectables is not responsible for any delivery delays due to the high volume that shipping carriers experiencing during the pandemic. Important Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers
Dear customers,
As of August 29, 2025, new U.S. Customs regulations have come into effect, eliminating the previous $800 de minimis exemption. This exemption had previously allowed small parcels shipped from Canada to enter the United States without duties, taxes, or full customs clearance.
Under the new policy, all shipments from Canada to the U.S. may now be subject to customs review and potential duties or import taxes, regardless of their value. These changes have also created temporary backlogs and processing delays at the border, which may affect delivery times for U.S. orders.
At Rasht Delectables, we are actively working with our courier partners to ensure your packages are delivered safely and as quickly as possible. We are also carefully reviewing the new tariff requirements to determine the most transparent and fair way to handle any potential customs costs for our customers.
For now, please be aware that delivery to the U.S. may take longer than usual due to border processing times. We will keep you informed as soon as there are updates regarding duties, taxes, or shipping fees.
